The fishy little gem making waves in both the Old Town (the most recent spot) and Central Market since 2015. After stirring the pots at iconic spots like Salt’n’Pepper and Sams, he dropped anchor here to champion Latvia’s proudest plate: herring. But not just any herring — we’re talking hand-marinated masterpieces in every style you can imagine (and a few you can’t), paired with the Latvian classic, cottage cheese. Also selection of smoked fish and local fish tapas. Add a cheeky shot of samogon or a crisp local beer and you’re officially dining like a true Balt.
