Located in a beautiful Art Nouveau building in the hotel run by the Neiburgs family. The place already evokes the feeling that it has been there forever and that it belongs here. The white and simple interior is saturated with local art (exhibitions change monthly). Serves author's European cuisine with Latvian twist by the chef Vladislavs Gerke. Meaning the menu features slight changes according to local harvest season is working with small sustainable local suppliers and always includes some of traditional Latvian dishes. Well established smart and thorough staff (waiters, bartenders) work here for more than decade, supporting the high class of the establishment. Unlike other Old Town restaurants, Neiburgs is real keen in vegetarian cuisine. Combing your own meal, using their 'constructor' gourmet level business lunch.
