HesThe third Heinrih Erhards (Botanica, Cotton) restaurant
is a co-project with Vīna Studija. And again, trendy, small
seasonal menu, where Italian, Mediterranean, French and
local cuisine scents are thrown into the mix, the main
idea is to use the freshest seasonal products and of
course to harmonise it perfectly with the wine. Just ask
the advice of the extremely wine-intelligent staff. Halfopen
plan kitchen, homemade non-alcoholic drinks and
the new add-on: three course White Menu. Simply trust
the chef fish/meat/vegetarian or vegan, and enjoy the
result of chef todays inspiration (Ls 8.50).
