Trendy and brand new bistro BALTS (means 'white' in Latvian), is a clean, clear concept of speedy, but quality dining. Everything here is conscious and streight-forward – elemental exposed-brick interior puts forward their Asian/European fusion menu: sushi, noodles, salads, soups. Dishes are daily made at the spot, using slow cooking method and are served in takeaway, but fully biodegradable corn fiber dishes. Takeaway dishes doesn’t mean you can not dine in.
