KIM? Contemporary Art Centre KIM? Contemporary Art Centre is based in Riga, historical Spīķeri district. The title question is “What is art?” (" kas ir māksla?" in Latvian). KIM? can be described as a contemporary art think-tank that offers a programme of exhibitions and events, international fellowship and educational projects.
