Selling mostly sourdough bakery made with long fermentation, baked daily at 5 am, also croissants, pastries, cookies. Check in for their famous breakfast with home-made granola, seasonal berries, local farm yoghurt, porridges, freshly squeezed juices, sourdough pancakes and omelettes from free-range chicken eggs. Also deli stand for the fast take-away. Working exclusively with small local farmers. Excellent locally roasted 'Kalve' coffee.
