The warm and tender voice of countertenor Sergeijs Jēgers intertwines with the mighty pipe choir of the Riga Cathedral organ, accompanied by Diana Jaunzeme-Portnaija, and the sounds of the masterfully vibrated string instruments of violinist Agnese Kannina and double bassist Jānis Stafecks echo through the vaults of the cathedral. The singer, a favourite of the audience, traditionally invites his faithful companions to listen to music full of light, faith, hope and love during the Christmas season.
