Biscuit The creators of Uzbekistana and Navat club are getting
more posh and serious with each new spot. This latest
one provides mostly top-level Italian cuisine, its standards
are checked daily by the picky Italian diplomatic mission,
which is housed right above the restaurant. The young,
but already experienced chef, Mikhail Markin, was especially
invited from Moscow to work for this project. The
main idea is to keep all classical Italian recipes 100%
vero + interesting creations, such as fresh berries in
vodka jelly or maracuya creme brulee. Creamy, mellowelegant,
romantic/Art Deco influenced interior, white
glove service, poshest champagnes, cognacs and wines
makes this an occasion worth dressing up for.

house specialty is crab soup.

Provence Despite the name, this high-life establishment is smart
and classy. Offers European cuisine with French accents,
most ingredients are eco-local and slowly prepared,
home-baked bread, home-made butter, topinadas, pates
and confits. Also serves game dishes and nouvelle Latvian
cuisine. The Provence confectionary (separate space
connected to restaurant), deserves an extra mentioning:
tiny tarts, home-made cakes and pies = finger-licking!

Kiriyenko’s gastronomical miracles. Prepare to experience
something a lot more than “just” gourmet dining. Try out
the chicken Eskimo, sprat ice-cream or pumpkin sorbet,
even the butter dish looks like a flower pot complete with
soil and grass. Those hedonist miracles are created from eco local ingridients.
The cuisine could be classified as molecular European with French accents.
