UNDER Festival is set up with an intention to to unify people and promote the truly special, unique, playful and aesthetic aspects of the underground music movement.
Festival provides a platform to both newcomers and legends of the electronic music scene from around the globe, thus consolidating many generations of electronic underground in a single unified art-space.
Festival takes place in Riga (Latvia) – city the pioneer of an electronic music movement, the landmark where electronic music history was being made.
