How was the video shot? They were walking down a country road. The weather was great and the view was splendid. The girls felt like singing. And so they did. Tatuli recorded a selfie video, and then uploaded it to the internet. That was it. And this video completely changed the lives of three friends.
The trio has got a name – "Mandili". That is a kind of a headscarf. Women’s headpiece widely worn in many regions of Georgia. According to Georgian tradition woman throwing scarf (mandili) on earth to make peace between two fighting men.
The popularity of "Trio Mandili" is growing every day. Today the band has about half a million subscribers on Facebook. An unexpected success, of course, makes the girls happy.
