On August 2, 2017, at 7:00 pm in Riga, Small Guild Hall will be held a light summertime classical music program “A Midsummer night's dream” - a Kaleidoscope of World's classical music. Which will bring together performers from Latvia and abroad, among them italian soprano Paola Santucci, latvian soprano Anta Jankovska, mezzo – soprano Andžella Goba, tenor Dainis Skutelis and baritones Valdis Jansons and Nauris Indzeris. At the piano will be Helēna Kundrāta and the concert will be chaired by Liene Jakovļeva.
It will be a colorful journey from italian belcanto to Bernstain's West side story and love through music, poetry and secrets told by the most famous Neapolitan songs.
Now is surely the time to celebrate classical music's love of the summer season.
The concert, will be held in co- production with Latvian Ballet and Dance Guild.
